Our professionally trained Home Visitors use a 2Gen (two generation) strength-based approach to support and give hope to pregnant and postpartum families navigating the challenges of raising healthy children. Home Visitors are care navigators who walk alongside families and help them to identify needs, set goals, overcome barriers, and obtain services.
